DELIVERY & RETURNS
If you have not received the order confirmation email please check your junk mail inbox. If you still cannot find a confirmation email please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not have a cancellation policy, any item ordered can not be cancelled once the payment for the item has been processed.
You can return any item purchased on the FLORENCE BRIDGE website WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.
- Make sure the product you return is in its original condition, with original swing tags and packaging included.
- Pack the product in its original packaging.
- Please email us at email@example.com to notify us of your wish to return the product.
- We will email you with a DPD pre paid returns label which you must print and stick to your package – this will included details of your closest pick up point to return.
- Once your product reaches us if it is found to be in its original state and shows no signs of being worn you can expect a refund to your account within 3-7 working days.
- If your return does not meet the requirements listed above the item will be sent back to you. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed.
